Our Glorious History

St. Beulah Missionary Baptist Church began its’ rich heritage when two churches came together as one: The Old St. Beulah Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Johnny Mack, known as the Ditch Bank Church, and the Jeffries Creek Free Will Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Frank Johnson, known as the Bush Shelter.

When Rev. Mack left SBMB Church, he was succeeded by several Pastors who preached on trial basis. Finally, Rev. Willie Johnson was hired as Pastor of Old St. Beulah with Brothers P. J.
